Software Architechture AI Day 2026

As AI capabilities become integral parts of many modern systems, software architects face a growing set of new design forces: uncertainty in model behavior, dependence on external knowledge, continuous evaluation needs, safety constraints, and rapidly evolving model lifecycles. These forces challenge traditional architectural assumptions and require new structural responses.

This session introduces architectural patterns that address the key challenges of AI-intensive systems, ranging from how models are accessed and governed to how context, safety, and evaluation are handled in production environments. The emphasis is on vendor-neutral principles and on understanding how these patterns form a coherent architectural whole.
