Dr. Larysa Visengeriyeva is an AI engineering specialist with a PhD in data engineering and expertise in ML operations. She is an AI Fellow at ITech Progress GmbH. She co-founded Women in Defense Tech, which aims to accelerate innovation and diversity in the defense tech industry. Her current focus includes AI for Software Architecture and EU AI Act engineering for dual-use. She is the author of the O’Reilly Media book “The AI Engineer’s Guide to Surviving the EU AI Act” (2025).
